Information you give us. When you call us, we collect your name, phone number, property address and whatever you tell us about the roof. We collect this because we cannot dispatch a crew or write a scope without it.
Information collected automatically. Our web server and analytics record standard technical data: IP address, browser type, device type, referring page, pages viewed and time on page. This is used in aggregate to understand which pages are useful.
Call records. Calls to our dispatch line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. Where calls are recorded you will be told at the start of the call.
We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
How we use it
To respond to your enquiry, schedule work, prepare estimates and scopes, and complete the job.
To document work performed, which includes photographs of your property taken for the job file and, where relevant, for an insurance claim.
To comply with legal, licensing, insurance and tax obligations.
To improve the website. We do not sell your personal information to anyone, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

Job records, photographs and scopes are retained for the period required by Alabama contractor record-keeping, warranty and limitation-period rules, which in practice means several years after the work is complete.
Enquiries that do not become jobs are retained for up to 24 months and then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it.
You can opt out of any marketing contact at any time by replying to the message or calling us. Operational contact about an active job is not marketing and will continue while the job is open.
